Cancellation Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, d.h. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return, you can contact us at kontakt@littlefavor.de kont. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot cover the costs of return shipping. We ask that you securely package the products to prevent any damage during shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and correct the issue.


Exceptions / Single-use Items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty products). Our delivery time for personalized items is 3-5 days. Please ensure that you order your gifts in time.As soon as a personalized product is created for you, it is excluded from return. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items on sale or gift cards.




Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and if the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.


Refunds 
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not.If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
